Return & Refund Policy

 

For a customer to be able to return kahoa's, heilala sets or accessories, it must be in the same condition with proof of purchase. Any goods that are returned damaged or worn will be deducted from the person(s) refund.

The refund will not be processed if the item(s) are damaged. Please allow up to 10-20 working days for the refund to be made into your account.

DIY kits and custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Payment of shipping is not included within the refund.

If the person(s) are unhappy with the items made and sent out to them they are liable to pay for shipping. Upon inspection of the item will determine person(s) refund.

No returns or refunds will be made on SALE or DISCOUNTED items.

You have until 30 days to issue your refund or return from the date of purchase.
